1. An experienced data engineer familiar with Healthcare data that can ingest, cleanse, normalize and impute data using Azure Data factory or equivalent like SSIS, DQS, etc.
2. Needs to be seasoned and hands on an experienced person
3. Ability to grasp and write Machine Learning algorithms to improve data quality
4. Provide a clean and trusted data from various data sources using tools and make it available for Analytics
