Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Solicit client requirements using walk-through, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
• Identify and articulate the need for change and assessing the impact of the change.
• Write clear and concise requirements ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
• Analyze and interpret business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the implementation teams.
• Performs a liaison between the business and IT Services.
• Verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements.
• Support project managers to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner assisting in the troubleshooting of problems and issues; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions.
• Support development team with continuous integration (CI) / continuous deployment (CD).Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output.

Skills Required

Must Have:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Banking/Mortgage domain.
• Expert knowledge on creating & prioritizing Product Backlog Items (PBIs) based on the requirements/user stories.
• Knowledge on any of the relational database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc.
• Experience with an end-to-end Project life cycle from Inception to Closure.
• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA for backlog management.
• Working knowledge on tools such as Azure DevOps for entire project life cycle management.
• Working knowledge on continuous integration and continuous deployment using DevOps related tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Heroku.
• Experience in using version control tools such as Tortoise SVN, Cornerstone, and Rabbit VCS.

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge on performing sanity testing of builds pushed by the Devs.
• Understanding of J2EE Weblogic.
• AWS / Cloudera / Cloud Dataproc knowledge.
• Knowledge on RFP procurement process.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Javascript.

Education Qualification Required

Bachelor / Post-Graduate of Computer Science/ Software Engineering Information Technology Management.
